Welcome to Komondor (accessible via komondor.app and related services). By accessing or using our application, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

Komondor is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) designed to assist coaches, instructors, teachers, and group leaders ("Instructors" or "Users") in managing group administration, tracking participant attendance, and organizing payment records.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Authorized Use: The Service is intended for professional and legitimate administrative group management. You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so.

3. Data Ownership & Participant Information

• Instructor Data: As an Instructor, you retain all rights and ownership over the data, lists, attendance logs, and records you upload or input into Komondor ("User Content").
• Compliance with Local Laws: If you collect or input personal information of third parties (e.g., student names, attendance history, payment status), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from those individuals (or their legal guardians, in the case of minors) to process their data via the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: Certain features or usage tiers of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
• Billing: Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraud-related, or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Komondor application—including software, branding, logos, design tokens, and interface elements—are and will remain the exclusive property of the operator of Komondor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Komondor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or stored data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using built-in account deletion features.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary (or the applicable jurisdiction of the operating entity), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
